So today has just been one of those days, we are preparing to move and I’m stressed about it so I just want to eat.

My day so far has consisted of; a lot of jam on 2 slices of toast, packet of crisps, Terry’s chocolate orange bar, big pasta lunch, chocolate brownie and that’s only until lunch.

But tonight I’m hoping will be a good start to this journey.

I ordered a HelloFresh box as someone gave me a free box, and I haven’t tried it before. Well last night, we had crispy chicken with chilli and lime sauce with potatoes, under 600 kcal, and honestly it was so delicious, I could of eaten it again.

So tonight we are going to try another one of there meals which is herby chicken, with red onion mash and garlicky green beans. I’m hoping it goes down well with the hubby 🤞

This weekend might be hit and miss with food options as we are going to be decorating the new house, before we move in next weekend, but I have already planned ahead and bought some frozen pizzas rather than having a takeaway, so already saving myself calories.

Let’s get a kick start on this weight loss journey.
